Strategischer Einkäufer / Procurement Manager (m/w/d)

IHR AUFGABENBEREICH

  • Strategischer Einkauf von technischen Teilen und Komponenten für Fahrzeuge sowie CAPEX, Dienstleistungen und weiteren Bedarfen unseres Logistik- und Fertigungsstandortes
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen einschließlich Service Level Agreements und Langzeitvereinbarungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotenzialen mit Fokus auf Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • Aufbau, Entwicklung und Steuerung eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantenportfolios sowie Verantwortung für Kosten, Qualität und Termintreue
  • Durchführung eines aktiven Lieferanten- und Risikomanagements
  • Abstimmung und Festlegung von Lieferantenanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion/Technik, Werkstatt, Qualitätssicherung und Warenwirtschaft
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Beschaffungsprozesse sowie der Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher und EU-rechtlicher Vorgaben

WAS WIR ERWARTEN

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Automotive- oder technischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in der Verhandlungsführung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Einkaufsprozesse, -tools und relevanter KPIs
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, analytisches Denkvermögen und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office; Kenntnisse in Business Central bzw. Navision von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen
