About the Job

As an intern, you will play a support role in the daily work conducted by the Applications 2 Office within Allianz Technology. The applications 2 is responsible for Allianz global services in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Life & Digital Document Interaction areas. Your tasks will include the support in the daily tasks of the Executive Management Member office by ensuring smooth internal communication and supporting the team in preparing relevant material for ongoing strategic and priority topics in the function.

What you do

• Support the Head of Office and the Executive Assistant on strategic APP2 topics such as cost reporting, strategic workforce planning (SWP) and other senior management interactions and reporting.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and custom Claude skills, applying new AI tools to make the office more efficient.
• Own NPS reporting as the function reviewer across Operating Entities, coordinating requests and managing stakeholders to build stakeholder management experience.
• Maintain and coordinate the function’s roadmap dashboard, leadership team backlog, and internal KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate function’s global townhalls, aligning on the format and delivery items across multiple regions and time zones and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and serve as the point of contact for ad hoc requests coming into the APP2 Office.

What you bring

• Master student in Business, Management, Business IT or comparable field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (German good to have but not mandatory)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in building process automations (e.g., Power Automate)
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in a professional or academic setting, with experience using Claude specifically highly appreciated
• Eager to learn and take initiative. Interest In exploring AI tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively to continuous improvement.
• Structured, reliable working style, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones at once
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
