As Senior Financial Controller (f/m/d), you will own and improve our financial controlling system, building on a high, modern technological standard. You'll take ownership of reporting, planning and forecasting for the whole group, with real room to shape where this goes next.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work together with our Head of Controlling & BI, our CFO and our Finance team on further development of our controlling system for the PAIR Finance Group
• Own and drive forward financial performance and profitability monitoring
• Implement and support planning and forecasting tools
• Support other departments with planning and financial controlling, e.g. processes and customer relationships as well as answering commercial questions
• Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyzes to increase cost and revenue transparency
• Support the management team with the assessment of key figures as well as identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly reporting, budget planning as well as short and medium-term liquidity planning

What we're looking for:

• A strong degree in economics or business studies with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable commercial training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling
• Experience in setting up reporting and controlling processes and tools
• Confidence in using Excel and SQL
• Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools
• Proactivity and independency
• Excellent knowledge of English is required, good knowledge of German is a plus

• For this lead role, our salary band is € 77,000 - € 92,000 gross per year (based on a 40-hour work week). The exact offer will reflect your experience and qualifications
