Overview

Bella&Bona is a venture-capital-backed food-tech company offering a workplace food program that employees enjoy every day. We are building a category-defining company at the intersection of food, operations, and technology.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Field Sales Intern in Munich who wants to be out in the field, in front of decision-makers, winning new business for us every day.

This is not a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll start by learning the ropes alongside the team, and quickly grow into owning your own pipeline, your own visits, and your own demos.

This internship is designed to convert into a full-time role, availability after the 6 months duration is required.


Your mission

As Field Sales Intern, your mission is to bring new companies onto Bella&Bona by getting in front of the right people and building a strong pipeline of leads.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth role with real ownership and direct impact.

Your focus will be on:

  • Field visits - going out to companies in person, every day, to open doors and build relationships.
  • Cold outreach - cold calling and cold approaching prospects with confidence and persistence.
  • Growth path to AE - this role is built as the first step toward becoming an Account Executive. You'll start with lead generation and outreach, and grow into running demos and closing deals yourself.
  • Pipeline ownership - you'll manage your own leads and visits, and gain deep knowledge of CRM system along the way.

Your profile

  • Based in Munich
  • Willing to visit companies in person, every day
  • Comfortable with cold calls and cold outreach
  • German at C1 or above, fluent English
  • High ownership and execution focus - you don't wait for instructions, you act
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Resilient - you don't take rejection personally and you keep going
