Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n CRM | Data Migration Business Analyst (m/w/d) - Hannover.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyze and transform legacy data for input into the target backend microservice
• Define and validate data mapping rules in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Validate data migration tests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data
• Identify data quality issues, drive cleansing activities, and support resolution of migration defects
• Coordinate end-to-end migration activities across multiple countries, development teams, and stakeholder groups
• Translate business concepts and processes into target-state data structures and service capabilities
• Analyze, refine, and document business requirements for new functionalities and enhancements into features and user stories
• Collaborate with developers to design feasible and scalable solution concepts
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on requirements, data schemas, and migration decisions

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with data preparation and transformation techniques (excel or other tools)
• Understanding of insurance business; knowledge of broker management is desirable
• Requirements engineering experience including feature preparation
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across global business and technical audiences
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (Team language is English
