Account Executive - DACH (remote)

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Build Your Own Pipeline: Take full responsibility for mapping, prospecting, and outbound outreach to build a robust pipeline from scratch. There is no passive relying on existing accounts - you are the engine of your own success.
• Leverage Your HR Rolodex: Immediately activate your pre-existing warm connections with People Ops, HR Directors, and C-Suite decision-makers across Germany to book discovery calls.
• Execute Event-Led Sales: Collaborate closely with our Event Manager to drive your priority prospects to exclusive regional compliance breakfasts and executive webinars (e.g., in Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt), using these high-value sessions as low-friction conversion hooks.
• Deliver High-Impact Demos: Run deeply consultative discovery and product presentations, helping German HR teams understand how Jobbatical's automated platform removes the compliance and operational friction of global relocation.
• Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Manage your Pipedrive pipeline with absolute discipline, keeping close-dates and deal stages highly accurate to support reliable forecasting, while protecting company margins through commercial adherence.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• HR Tech Industry Insiders: 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Services sales experience strictly within HR Tech, HR Services, WorkTech, or Global Mobility in the German market.
• An Existing Warm Network: A strong, active, and pre-existing Rolodex of HR directors and People Ops decision-makers in Germany (DACH region). You must be able to open doors on day one.
• The Hunter Mindset: A proven track record of starting with a blank sheet of paper and building a high-value pipeline. You are highly comfortable picking up the phone, running personalized manual multi-channel outbound, and overcoming complex objections.
• Native/Fluent German: Native or business-fluent German (C2 level) paired with professional fluency in English.
• Startup Autonomy: High Task-Relevant Maturity. You thrive in a lean, fast-moving, and 100% remote environment where you are expected to be an owner, not an operator.
