Project Manager SSA (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for project success and coordinate all project-related activities for customer orders.
• Conduct market analyses and monitor competitor activities.
• Assess project feasibility in close collaboration with Sales and relevant departments.
• Support the Sales team in the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Visit customers, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal management teams.
• Independently decide on the prioritized allocation and utilization of project resources.

Additional Responsibilities

• Take financial responsibility through the monitoring and control of project costs and profit margins.
• Manage the technical oversight, coordination, and execution of the entire project scope following order intake.
• Represent the company as a member of industry-specific standardization and regulatory committees.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements, with at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in product management and/or technical project management within an industrial environment.
• Project Management certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, project scheduling) and tools such as MS Project or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for approximately 10% of working time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus and a professional demeanor.
