- act as the primary commercial contact for assigned automotive customers in Europe and take ownership of all business-related activities within your accounts
- drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction while continuously strengthening customer relationships
- develop and implement account strategies aligned with business objectives and identify new growth opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts
- create financial plans, revenue forecasts, and long-term business development strategies
- build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, and key decision-makers across various organizational levels
- conduct regular customer meetings and develop strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence
- prepare strategic account development plans and support the definition of future growth initiatives
- establish and maintain structured documentation to ensure transparency and effective account management
- manage the complete RFQ process in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
- coordinate the preparation of commercial documentation, quotations, cost breakdowns, project reviews, and business cases
- monitor and manage account performance, including budgets, revenue, profitability, and financial targets
- initiate and support marketing and business development activities to strengthen market positioning
- identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and customer projects
- support project planning, execution, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- monitor and control project budgets, spending, forecasts, customer invoicing, resource utilization, actual and planned effort hours, and overall financial performance
- ensure accurate maintenance of project data within resource planning, financial, and business management systems
- provide regular project status updates and support project milestone and management reviews

YOU...
- hold a degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable discipline
- bring practical experience in account management, sales, business development, program management, or commercial project management within the automotive industry
- ideally have experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or complex customer organizations
- understand commercial business drivers, cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- think strategically and are able to translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable results
- build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders and create trust across different organizational levels
- demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- work independently and proactively while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability
- possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with business, financial, and performance-related data
- are confident in negotiations and capable of managing complex commercial discussions
- excel in prioritizing multiple projects and tasks within dynamic and fast-paced environments
- communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken
