WHAT ARE WE COOKING UP?

We are looking to welcome a Key Account Manager – Organized Grocery Retail to join our team in Berlin.

This is a newly created role, with the opportunity to help build and develop Mammafiore’s presence in the German grocery retail market.

Your mission will be to develop the business in the organized grocery retail channel by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with buyers and customers, and driving the growth of our product portfolio.

WHAT WILL YOU BE COOKING UP?

• Preparing commercial presentations and materials for customer visits.
• Identifying and researching potential buyers and business contacts.
• Building and maintaining constant relationships with customers.
• Preparing and leading commercial meetings.
• Analysing sales data and preparing sales figures and reports.
• Opening new customer accounts and developing business opportunities.
• Introducing and managing new SKUs within customer portfolios.
• Preparing and updating commercial templates and tools.
• Supporting the development of the commercial strategy for the German market.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education

• Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Trade or a related field.
• Additional training in food distribution, retail, sales or negotiation will be valued.

Experience

• At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, retail or distribution sector.
• Experience managing key accounts, grocery retailers, distributors or supermarket chains.
• Experience working with buyers and developing new customer accounts.
• Experience preparing and leading commercial meetings and presentations.
• Experience analysing sales data and managing product portfolios.
• Experience in the German or international market will be valued.

Skills

• Languages: Native German and professional English or Spanish.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and customer orientation.
• Analytical, organised and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and build a new market from scratch.
• Proactivity, initiative and flexibility.
• Good command of Excel and CRM tools.
