THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Customer Success team, based in Cologne, with a possible secondary option in Paris for German-speaking candidates.

Team Composition: Customer-facing team supporting a portfolio of around 20 accounts, working closely with experienced Customer Success Managers, as well as internal teams including Product and Analytics, and key account clients.

Role Overview: This is a Junior Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment, focused on supporting the management and growth of existing client relationships while developing the skills to help clients achieve their KPIs through the platform.

Tech Stack & Tools: AB Tasty platform, A/B testing and personalization tools, reporting and KPI analysis dashboards, and collaboration with Product and Analytics teams.

Additional Information: Priority location is the Cologne area with 2 days per week in the office; occasional travel within Germany is expected.

YOUR MISSION

• Support the management of a customer portfolio, helping to maximize expansion while minimizing churn.

• Help build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

• Support customer engagement, adoption, and performance by assisting with strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.

• Assist in leading workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.

• Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users with the support of the wider team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• First professional experience (internship or entry-level) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.

• Eagerness to learn, proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and grow into a fully-fledged Customer Success Manager.
