Join our European headquarters of Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG (BPAG) in Frankfurt am Main as we expand our dynamic European and German Legal Team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated CorporateGovernance Officer (m/f/d) who will provide professional support to the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate law and organisational matters. BPAG is a leading financial institution with a strong presence across Europe, operating branches in Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, France, Italy and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative, international environment at the heart of our Frankfurt office.

Your role

1. Support the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate governance matters
2. Preparation, organisation and minute-taking for meetings (Board, committees, Executive Management)
3. Drafting and maintenance of regulations, articles of association, organisational and signing rules
4. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements
5. Coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance) and external advisors
6. Management of corporate records (commercial register filings, powers of attorney, signing authorities)
7. Preparation of reports and presentations for governing bodies and supervisory authorities

Your profile

1. University degree in Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification; further education in Corporate Governance is an asset
2. Several years of professional experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a comparable role in the financial/banking sector
3. Sound knowledge of corporate, banking and regulatory law (e.g. BaFin/Bundesbank/ECB environment)
4. Highly structured, diligent and discreet working style, with a strong service orientation
5. Strong communication skills and confident interaction at senior management and board level
6. Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
