Join J&T Express as an Organization & Talent Development Specialist (Europe) - Mandarin-speaking at our location in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and help shape the development of our organization, leaders, and talent across our European markets. In this role, you will combine Organizational Development and Talent Development - building scalable frameworks, strengthening organizational capabilities, developing leaders and talent, and strengthening collaboration between our European organization and Chinese Group/HQ stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve Organization & Talent Development strategies, frameworks, and standards for our growing European organization
• Work closely with country HR teams and business leaders to understand local organizational challenges and translate them into regional development priorities and solutions
• Drive organizational design and effectiveness initiatives across European markets, supporting evolving structures, roles, responsibilities, and operating models
• Support regional change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and alignment across countries
• Establish and coordinate European talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification, and development pathways
• Create scalable leadership development programs that address common leadership capabilities while reflecting different market and organizational needs
• Build regional learning and development approaches, tools, and content that can be adapted and implemented by local HR teams
• Act as a key bridge between European teams and Chinese Group/HQ stakeholders, strengthening cross-cultural collaboration and translating Group initiatives into the European organizational context
• Facilitate selected regional workshops, leadership sessions, and development initiatives while coordinating local HR teams and external partners where required
• Use feedback, talent data, and organizational insights to measure impact, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously evolve OTD initiatives across Europe

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• At least 5–6 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a comparable HR function
• Strong practical experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development
• Experience working across multiple countries or within an international/regional HR environment
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable frameworks, programs, and development initiatives across different stakeholder groups
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic approach to implementation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior and international stakeholders
• High level of ownership and the ability to navigate a fast-growing, evolving, and multicultural organization
• Business fluent Mandarin and English are absolute must-have requirements for this position; German proficiency is considered an advantage
