We are looking for a hands-on Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and manage international mobility end-to-end - from international assignments, relocation and business travel to immigration, social security, tax and cross-border compliance - while helping us build and further develop our Global Mobility processes across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage international assignments and Global Mobility cases end-to-end, from initial assessment through relocation and ongoing assignment support
• Coordinate immigration processes, including visas, residence permits and work permits
• Manage relocation processes and support international employees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Support international business travel and short-term assignments, including related compliance assessments
• Handle A1 certificates and Posted Worker Notifications in line with European requirements
• Coordinate international social security and cross-border tax matters with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Ensure compliance with relevant cross-border employment requirements, including minimum wage regulations and collective bargaining agreements
• Work closely with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, authorities and external Global Mobility partners
• Manage multiple mobility cases simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Develop, document and continuously improve Global Mobility processes, guidelines and workflows

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Management or a comparable field
• Several years of hands-on experience in Global Mobility, International Assignments or a comparable role
• Strong end-to-end experience with international assignments, relocation and immigration
• Practical experience with A1 certificates and Posted Worker Notifications
• Good knowledge of international social security, cross-border tax and employment compliance topics
• Experience with business travel and short-term assignment requirements
• Understanding of minimum wage regulations and collective bargaining agreements in a cross-border context
• Experience with Global Mobility platforms such as WorkFlex or comparable systems is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage a high volume of mobility cases
• Structured, proactive and hands-on working style with strong stakeholder management skills
• Business-fluent German and English are absolute must-have requirements for this position; Mandarin is considered an advantage
