Learn more about AB Tasty and our teams: About Us Your Journey with Us AB Tasty on Welcome to the Jungle THE TEAM Team Name & Location: Customer Success team, based in Cologne, with a possible secondary option in Paris for German-speaking candidates. Team Composition: Customer-facing team supporting a portfolio of around 20 accounts, working closely with experienced Customer Success Managers, as well as internal teams including Product and Analytics, and key account clients. Role Overview: This is a Junior Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment, focused on supporting the management and growth of existing client relationships while developing the skills to help clients achieve their KPIs through the platform. Tech Stack & Tools: AB Tasty platform, A/B testing and personalization tools, reporting and KPI analysis dashboards, and collaboration with Product and Analytics teams. Additional Information: Priority location is the Cologne area with 2 days per week in the office; occasional travel within Germany is expected. YOUR MISSION Support the management of a customer portfolio, helping to maximize expansion while minimizing churn. Help build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty. Support customer engagement, adoption, and performance by assisting with strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization. Assist in leading workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience. Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution. Act as a point of contact for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users with the support of the wider team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING First professional experience (internship or entry-level) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment. Strong communication skills and confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans. Eagerness to learn, proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and grow into a fully-fledged Customer Success Manager.
