What You'll Do

As Senior Manager, CE Marketing, you will lead the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) across Central Europe, driving marketing activations, developing our digital marketing capabilities, and advancing the transformation of the function.

• You’ll lead the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), setting the direction, priorities, and quality standards for our marketing activations and digital marketing capabilities across Central Europe.
• You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns, partnering with topic and channel leads from planning through execution and evaluation. Bringing strategic insight and MarTech know-how to every stage, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
• You’ll drive the transformation and AI enablement of the Marketing CoE, further developing our ways of working and embedding an agile, data-driven marketing approach.
• You’ll shape analyses and benchmarking together with our Marketing Intelligence team to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• You’ll co-develop and co-own the annual campaign strategy for our priority campaigns together with the CE Leadership Team, the CE Marketing & Communications Leadership Team, and global Marketing & Communications teams, continuously enhancing our marketing activations and translating them into integrated 360° campaigns across all internal and external channels.
• You bring experience and passion for both the technical and content side of marketing, co-steering thought leadership content and editorials with subject matter experts and Practice Group Management teams. As one of our key cross-functional contacts, you’ll drive the further development of our cross-functional marketing and communications activities.
• You’ll lead, coach, and develop your team, balancing empowerment with clear direction while strengthening project management and transformation capabilities within the CoE and across the function. You’ll translate strategy into tangible outcomes through transparent communication, fostering engagement and acceptance.
• You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing marketing decisions through sound business judgment and data-driven insights while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across campaigns and programs.

What You'll Bring

• You have completed an academic degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• You bring 7–10 years of relevant experience in professional services, with a strong focus on marketing campaign management, agile project management, and developing and steering integrated campaigns across formats and channels.
• You have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns end-to-end, including budget and timeline ownership, structuring ambiguous initiatives into clear plans, keeping multiple workstreams on track, and managing stakeholders in complex settings. A project management certification (for example PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum) is a plus.
• You have hands-on experience driving transformation and change within a marketing function, modernizing ways of working, tools, and processes, and embedding new approaches across teams.
• You have proven people leadership experience, ideally including (co-)responsibility for teams, and enjoy developing others while balancing empowerment with clear direction.
• You are familiar with modern digital marketing and campaign management tools, work in a structured and analytical manner, and use data to inform decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and demonstrate impact.
• You stay up to date with effective marketing and communications formats and know how to measure their impact.
• You communicate persuasively, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and are a reliable partner across functions. You are curious and have a lifelong learning mindset, especially when it comes to AI and technology, and you manage competing priorities with composure, even under pressure.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the CE Marketing & Communications team, working closely with roughly 45 colleagues in Munich, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Zurich, Geneva, Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw and reporting directly to our CE Marketing and Communications Senior Director, who leads all CE Marketing and Communications teams.
