Cross-Border Logistics Manager(System)

What You'll Do

• System Requirements Management: Engage with cross-border business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements for logistics systems (TMS/iTMS, WMS, customs system, last-mile tracking system, etc.); produce PRDs and drive product/engineering scheduling and go-live.
• System Process Implementation & Optimization: Configure, test and validate cross-border system workflows to ensure system logic aligns with actual operations; continuously optimize system pain points.
• Data Governance & Reporting: Build cross-border operations data frameworks, drive system data integration (orders, tracking, cost, inventory), and develop automated reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
• System Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve cross-border system exceptions (stuck orders, missing tracking, API errors, data inconsistencies); coordinate with engineering/IT for rapid resolution and document troubleshooting playbooks.
• New Business & Feature Launch Support: Participate in launch planning for new cross-border lanes, logistics models and system features; own UAT testing, user training and post-launch operational support.

About You

• Industry Experience: 5+ years
• Role Experience: 3+ years
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above
• Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Proven ability in logistics system requirements management and project delivery; familiar with business logic and data flow of TMS/iTMS, WMS, customs systems and other logistics platforms; prior experience in logistics system go-live, dashboard development or system optimization projects preferred; strong requirements elicitation, product collaboration and troubleshooting skills.
