Are you a fluent German speaker with a commercial mindset and an interest in digital solutions?

We are looking for a German-Speaking Digital Solutions Representative to join an international team in Kraków, Poland. This is a hybrid position offering a fully paid relocation package and an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers, identifying business opportunities, and achieving results.

The Role

As a Digital Solutions Representative, you will work with German-speaking customers, understand their business needs, and help them identify the most suitable digital solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with German-speaking customers in a professional and consultative manner
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying relevant digital solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Recognizing sales and business development opportunities
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Following up with customers and supporting them throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining accurate information and activity records in internal systems
  • Collaborating with an international team to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German
  • Good command of English
  • Previous sales experience is appreciated but not essential
  • Strong sales aptitude and commercial mindset
  • Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new digital tools
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland
