Business Development Working Student

We are Zenfulfillment. Since 2017 we have built the backbone of European e-commerce: warehousing, packing, shipping and returns for online shops. We did it basically bootstrapped, in a market where competitors burned 200+ million in external capital. Today we are 250+ people and over €50M in revenue, Germany's 4th fastest-growing company of our size, profitable, and still accelerating.

We are looking for an allrounder profile to build and help execute alongside our Founder Associate and Leadership Team. If you are amongst the top 1%, energized by winning and dislike playing it safe, then you might be the right fit for us.

Your Role

• Drive important projects in collaboration with our Founder Associate and Senior Leadership Team in varous Deparments → One day you could be automating Sales-Dashboards for the board, the next day the next day structuring contracts for Account Management.
• Design and implement workflows using n8n, Zapier, and LLMs to automate processes
• Take end-2-end responsibility for projects, from building Account Management dashboards to designing Customer Success workflows
• Handle day-to-day & administrative tasks to maximize the leadership team's focus on scaling

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from a top-tier university (Business, Engineering, or quantitative fields)
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, and other AI Tools like Claude Code etc. You don't just use tools; you build systems. How many Agents have you deployed? ;)
• You don't have a 9-to-5 mindset. You understand that in a fast growing scale-up, speed of execution and high working hours matter
• You stay calm, professional, and detail-oriented when the pressure is high
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to stay with Zenfulfillment for 6+ Months
• Be able to come to one of our offices (Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt (Limburg)) 1-2 Times a week.
