Office Manager

Munich | Medical Technology | Office-based

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of a growing medical technology business in Munich.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping things organised and working independently. You’ll be the key point of contact for local office operations while collaborating closely with Finance and Operations colleagues in the US.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Munich office
• Coordinate office administration, suppliers and general facilities
• Support logistics, inventory and movement of equipment/parts
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems
• Work with NetSuite and Salesforce for operational and administrative processes
• Liaise closely with US-based Finance and Operations teams
• Support invoices, purchase orders and other basic finance administration
• Help improve processes as the European business continues to grow
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and ensure things get done

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a highly experienced Office Manager. We’re more interested in finding someone who is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous office administration, operations or office management experience
• Some exposure to logistics, inventory or supply chain coordination
• Confidence working independently in a small office environment
• Good systems skills; Salesforce or NetSuite experience would be beneficial
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working with international colleagues and different time zones
• Fluent German and strong English
