As part of our local Human Resources team, you will participate in shaping the future of new and existing aDvengers.
Your mission & learning opportunities
- You support our HR Generalist in providing excellent HR support to our managers and on all matters of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- You support in recruiting, handling tasks in application management including pre-screening, scheduling, participating in interviews, and communication between candidates and hiring managers. You also accompany us to job fairs and help create an outstanding candidate experience for new talents.
- You support us in taking care of our HR administrative tasks such as preparing contract amendments, bonus letters, certificates, document filing, and communication with external partners.
- You assist in optimizing existing and drafting as well as implementing new HR processes and policies, such as benefits, travel, and IT security policies.
- You participate in the creative and logistical organization of team events, anniversary gifts, and more.
- Our website and social media channels are continuously being updated; you contribute and support our marketing efforts with creative ideas and administrative tasks.

- You could take the lead in employer branding, especially in talent attraction with regards to universities and students.

Qualifications
So, is this the right job for you?
- You are a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as business administration, marketing, psychology, social sciences, ideally with a minor or some courses in HR.
- You are hands-on minded and have a first basic knowledge of recruiting and HR related laws and regulations to be compliant with, such as AGG or are at least eager to learn about them.
- Some first working experience in a company would be a plus.

- You are reliable: you work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner, are service-minded, motivated, and always find a way to reach your goals.
- You have an eye for details and are confident using MS Office.
- You are excited to experience an international company in an early phase and to learn everything about the exciting field of HR while building the DACH market with a great local team and also exchanging with the amazing global Advens team.

Language skills (both mandatory):
- German (full professional proficiency, C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
