WHAT YOU WILL DO

As team assistant you will be supporting the Munich team and help keep our days running smoothly. You'll also be responsible for keeping the office in good order and making colleagues and guests feel at home. It's a varied and people-oriented role, on five days a week.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

•Expense reporting

•Travel bookings

•Scheduling appointments

•Insurance administration

•Reviewing and distributing incoming mail

•Responsibility for outgoing mail and courier shipments

•Ordering office supplies, including fruits, snacks & drinks for the colleague lounge

•Keeping the office in good order

•Liaising with suppliers

•Archiving management

•Preparing conference rooms and organizing catering for participants during meetings

•Visitor management

•Company car administration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•Excellent language skills in English and German

•Service-oriented and open-minded personality

•Solution-oriented and meticulous working style

•Strong organizational and communication skills

•Experience in a similarly broad administrative role in an international environment

•High standards for one's own work results

•Good knowledge of MS Office
