Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager for its Growth team. The role focuses on turning CRM into a major revenue channel by driving first-purchase conversion, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation and LTV across a high-volume B2C consumer product.

Position: Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Location: Europe/ASIA, Remote

Employment type: B2B engagement preferred

Remuneration: Competitive total package+bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own CRM performance across registered-user-to-first-purchase conversion, token revenue and repeat purchase frequency

• Build and optimize customer segments, triggers, campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys

• Drive first-purchase conversion and repeat monetization through targeted CRM initiatives

• Own onboarding, retention, churn prevention, reactivation and LTV initiatives

• Design and run CRM experiments to identify and scale the highest-value opportunities

• Analyze customer behavior and revenue performance to identify opportunities for conversion and monetization

• Measure CRM impact through clear attribution, incrementality and before-and-after performance analysis

• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement CRM initiatives and experiments

• Identify opportunities to improve CRM contribution to overall business revenue

• Build momentum and solve problems independently in an environment without a finished playbook

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the CRM function

• Use AI tools where relevant for analysis, segmentation, personalization, experimentation and content development

• Lead or coach CRM specialists where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of personally driving significant commercial impact through CRM

• Ability to demonstrate a clear CRM improvement with baseline, actions, personal ownership, timeframe and measurable final result

• Relevant B2C experience in a high-volume consumer business based on subscriptions, repeat deposits, tokens, credits, virtual currency or another recurring-purchase model

• Hands-on experience building customer segments, triggers, campaigns, experiments and automated lifecycle journeys

• Proven ownership of both first-purchase conversion and repeat monetization

• Strong understanding of revenue, conversion, retention and LTV

• Strong understanding of CRM attribution and incrementality

• Experience working with data to identify opportunities and make commercial decisions

• Strong experimentation and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to distinguish personal contribution from wider team results

• Comfortable working independently without a finished playbook

• Ability to work cross-functionally and create momentum without waiting for perfect information

• Experience in iGaming, free-to-play gaming or other repeat-purchase models is an advantage

• Experience leading or coaching CRM specialists is an advantage

• Experience using AI for CRM analysis, segmentation, personalization, experimentation or content development is an advantage

• English C1-C2

• Fully comfortable working with uncensored AI models and adult-oriented content.
