Junior Digital Marketing Specialist (m, f, d) Limited Contract

In this role, you will turn our Social Media and Paid Media strategy into strong local execution for De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun and Nutribullet in Germany, in close coordination with Austria. Your scope is equally split across Paid Social & Media, Editorial & Content, and Project & Agency Management. You will coordinate campaigns, content, and budgets, and steer agencies together with local stakeholders, HQ, and the Social Media Hub. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays structured under pressure, and turns challenges into options and clear recommendations. Through strong execution, test-and-learn, and continuous optimization, you will help us drive measurable brand and business impact while growing your own responsibility and visibility.

Plan and coordinate integrated Social Media and Paid Social activities for De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet in Germany, aligned with Austria, brand priorities, HQ guidelines, and campaign calendars.

• Own editorial and content operations across social channels, including monthly planning, local adaptation, asset coordination, paid handovers, short-term sales or award pushes and the integration of creator/influencer content and community insights.

• Steer Paid Media budgets and campaign delivery, including briefing, allocation, timelines, agency coordination and ongoing optimization against agreed objectives and KPIs.

• Drive our Social Media and Media agencies and manage multiple stakeholders across Local, HQ and the Social Media Hub with clear briefs, quality expectations and deadlines; identify dependencies early and bring solutions, options and a clear recommendation when challenges arise.

• Translate campaign and channel reporting into concrete actions; build a pragmatic test-and-learn agenda, create local proof points, scale winning approaches and share best practices to continuously improve brand and business impact.

• Successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a similar field, or comparable practical experience.

• Around 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and/or Paid Media, ideally on the agency or brand side.

• First experience in managing agencies, projects, timelines, and marketing budgets in a professional environment.

• Solid understanding of Social Media and Paid Social, especially Meta and TikTok, as well as editorial/content planning and campaign processes.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize, manage pressure, and deliver reliably across parallel workstreams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and solution orientation; comfortable challenging priorities constructively and taking responsibility beyond the immediate task.

• Ability to understand performance reports and relevant KPIs, derive clear recommendations and drive continuous improvement through test-and-learn.

• Clear, confident and respectful communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to speak up; comfortable presenting own projects and results.

• Able to work effectively in an international matrix with local teams, HQ, hubs and external agencies; fluent in German and English.
