As Sr. Business Technology Delivery Lead you play a pivotal role in supporting the business side of the independent aftermarket, finance, supply chain and operations. This position is at the forefront of digital adoption, user experience, AI, data analytics, business process reengineering, and intelligent process automation.
The BTDM owns business outcomes end-to-end for assigned domains, manages the demand funnel, drives prioritization decisions with business leadership, orchestrates delivery across global product teams and regional partners, and is accountable for value realization.
The position is based in Hannover, Germany.
What you will do
Business Outcome Ownership: Own business outcomes, value realization, and capability roadmaps for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Independent Aftermarket domains.
Value Realization: Track business value, benefits realization and outcome KPIs beyond go-live and project completion.
Digital Catalyst: Drive digital transformation and innovation, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Portfolio Prioritization: Lead WSJF-based prioritization and facilitate STOP / FIX / INVEST decisions together with business stakeholders and governance bodies.
Demand Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end demand pipeline, ensuring all initiatives are qualified, prioritized and aligned with EMEA business strategy.
Business Process Reengineering: Enhance efficiency through process reengineering and automation.
Delivery Orchestration: Coordinate delivery across global product teams, regional delivery teams, external partners and transformation programs to achieve business outcomes.
Change Agent: Champion organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Technology Advisor: Provide expert technology advice and support strategic decision-making.
What makes you a great fit
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; MS degree or MBA preferred.
Solid Professional Experience in complex technology and data environments.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel within EMEA (approx. 20%).
Technical Skills:
Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform and process automation tools such as UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
Strong knowledge in Master Data Management and Reporting Capabilities.
Proficiency in process mapping tools like MS Visio and Azure DevOps.
Understanding of AI, Data & Analytics and emerging technologies, and their sustainability impact.
Familiarity with agile working practices and a mentorship mindset to support, guide, and empower colleagues.
Comfortable working with offshore models and multiple angular sites.
