Your profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.

· Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business systems. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in SQL and database query tools is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.

· Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures. Basic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.

· Fluent in English and the local market language. Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and operational requirements within the assigned domain.

· Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

· Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.

· Validate proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements, operational needs, and user expectations.

· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business validation activities, and support successful solution deployment.

· Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.

· Develop and maintain business process documentation, system operation manuals, training materials, and user guides.

· Provide functional support, user training, and ongoing system administration for business-critical applications.

· Manage and support key business systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations, and related business applications.
