You'll make an impact by

  • You support the preparation and analysis of business models and financial statements, compiling historical financial data and business plans for potential investors
  • Building on this, you assist in reviewing and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of business plans and transaction materials, such as Information Memoranda and Due Diligence documents
  • Additionally, you contribute to the creation of financial analyses and presentations throughout the transaction process, from initial assessments to deal closing
  • In close collaboration with the project team, you help organize and coordinate financial workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all required materials

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in at least your fourth semester of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in accounting, business, finance, or a related field with an excellent academic record
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Ideally, you have gained practical experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, Big 4/Transaction Services, or finance-related functions
    • You have strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling, and IFRS Accounting
    • You possess excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, AI, Power Query, or other data mining tools is a plus
  • Ways of Working: You are well organized, work effectively in teams, and complete your own work packages independently
  • Languages: You are fluent in English, German is a plus
