Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.

The Manager Workplace Management – Multimedia Event Services & Experience owns the Event Services & Experience capability as the primary front-end service for the future Multimedia & Events organization for Germany. The role leads event service delivery, event experience standards, executive event readiness, broadcast and hybrid support, event peak planning and Vendor coordination.

The role contributes to event-space projects, pilot events, readiness acceptance and handover quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Event Services & Experience for executive events, townhalls, corporate events, hybrid formats, broadcast and streaming support.
• Define event experience standards, readiness criteria, show-flow expectations, rehearsal standards, event documentation and lessons learned routines.
• Coordinate event resource planning, event peak support and Vendor call-off where internal capacity or event scope requires scalable support.
• Partner with Brand Events, Corporate Communications, Tech, Operations and Governance to clarify event requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead event readiness escalation for critical events and ensure that technical risks are visible early with clear mitigation owners.
• Contribute to event-space and multimedia projects by defining event requirements, supporting pilot events, user acceptance and operational handover input.
• Contribute to project delivery, acceptance and handover within the role’s service area.
• Support requirements clarification, readiness checks, documentation quality and project-to-operations transition where relevant.
• Ensure that project lessons learned are reflected in service standards, operational documentation and future service improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of corporate event experiences, executive events, hybrid event formats, as well as broadcast, streaming, and event readiness requirements.
• Strong service leadership mindset with the ability to effectively manage standards, expectations, resources, event risks, and collaboration with external service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, planning, escalation management, quality assurance, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in project implementation and delivery.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to translate event requirements into operationally stable, repeatable, and well-documented service delivery models.
• Experience coordinating external vendors for event materials, event staffing, and production support is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience in event technology, media technology, broadcast, communications, workplace services, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in the multimedia systems (AV technoloy) field.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate events, event operations, AV/multimedia services, and broadcast or hybrid event environments.
• Experience in managing event resources, event planning, live operations, vendor coordination, and service-oriented collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
