You work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and digitalization teams to advance the industrialization of wire-arc additive manufacturing for the Steam Turbine & Generator business. Your day combines collaboration with global stakeholders, research partners, and technology providers with focused work on digital manufacturing solutions, data architectures, and process integration. You analyze manufacturing data, support the deployment of monitoring and quality systems, and help translate operational needs into scalable digital capabilities. Through innovation, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement, you contribute to building a connected and future-ready manufacturing environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and implementation of end-to-end digital data and process chains for wire-arc additive manufacturing across production and quality assurance
• Development and continuous improvement of manufacturing data architectures, databases, and governance frameworks for secure, compliant, and scalable data management
• Integration of production equipment, sensors, quality systems, manufacturing execution systems, and enterprise applications into a connected manufacturing environment
• Deployment and advancement of process monitoring, metrology, and digital quality assurance solutions to improve process stability and real-time visibility
• Application of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies to optimize manufacturing performance and product quality
• Development of user-focused dashboards and reporting solutions, while building strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology partners to accelerate innovation and industrialization

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• Extensive experience leading digitalization initiatives in manufacturing environments from concept development through industrial implementation
• Proven project management experience in software development and deployment of digital solutions for industrial production processes
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with research institutes, universities, technology providers, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Demonstrated success in developing scalable, standardized solutions for deployment across multiple sites and global manufacturing networks
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business and manufacturing requirements into sustainable digital solutions, data strategies, and implementation roadmaps
