You’ll ensure stability, security, and performance; set high technical standards; drive automation and observability; and develop our platform sustainably toward a modern, scalable infrastructure.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM HYGI.DE Secure job in a rapidly growing company Competitive compensation with additional benefits, such as a retirement plan contribution 30 days of vacation Flexible working hours thanks to flex time and the option to work remotely Training opportunities for professional and personal development Employee discounts on our extensive product range Modern work environment with ergonomic workstations Bicycle leasing for sustainable mobility Regular team events to foster a strong sense of community Free drinks, fruit, and snacks YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Operation, administration, and further development of our hosting and cloud environments (including Linux production systems) Ensuring the availability, stability, security, performance, and scalability of the platform Setting up, operating, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, as well as implementing Infrastructure-as-Code approaches Responsibility for monitoring, logging, alerting, and further development of our observability landscape Analysis and resolution of incidents, as well as support for root cause analysis and sustainable quality improvement Actively shaping a modern, scalable platform architecture, including standardization and phased modernization (e.g., containerization) Contributing to backup and disaster recovery plans, security and compliance standards, as well as working closely with development teams and participating in architectural and decision-making processes OUR TECH STACK Debian, Proxmox nginx / HAProxy PHP, Redis MySQL, MongoDB Jenkins Elasticsearch / Logstash / Kibana Grafana, Zabbix JIRA / Confluence / Bitbucket / GitLab Docker Swarm, VMware Harbor HashiStack (Consul, Nomad, Vault, Terraform) WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Several years of experience in platform, DevOps, or operations engineering Excellent knowledge of operating Linux systems Experience with hosting and cloud environments (e.g., Hetzner, AWS, or Azure) Experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions Experience operating business-critical systems A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work Enjoys teamwork and taking on technical responsibility Nice to have Experience with container & platform technologies Security & reliability expertise Initial experience with technical BI/data platforms OUR TEAM Our team consists of around 300 experts in the fields of e-commerce, procurement, finance, IT, logistics, marketing, people & culture, product and customer management, and projects.
