To strengthen our team in Bürstadt, we are currently seeking a full-time IT System Administrator / IT Support & System Administration Specialist (m/f/d) Your responsibilities with us: IT Operations and System Support: You will manage our entire internal IT and computer systems landscape, including Windows clients, the terminal server environment, IT-supported production systems, Microsoft 365, as well as telephone and mobile communication systems and the inventory management system User Support and Troubleshooting: You will handle IT inquiries, assist with technical issues, and ensure quick and practical solutions in day-to-day operations IT Infrastructure and System Development: You will continuously plan, maintain, and further develop our IT landscape, support the integration and management of technical systems, and actively participate in IT projects and system enhancements while applying modern IT security concepts Workstation and Device Management: You will set up PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, configure the necessary hardware and software, and ensure their smooth operation in day-to-day business User Training and System Rollouts: You will assist with the rollout of new software and systems and ensure that our users can make optimal use of the available features Collaboration with Service Providers and Technical Departments: You will collaborate with external IT partners, continuously expand IT documentation, and provide support for IT-related maintenance as well as the integration of technical systems and devices in production and across the entire organization What you bring to the table: Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Administrator) or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in system administration, IT support, or a comparable position Strong knowledge of managing Windows client environments, Microsoft 365, and, ideally, terminal server environments Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as working with mobile devices Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus What sets you apart: A strong affinity for IT and technology, as well as the motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies A structured, solution- and service-oriented approach to work Strong service orientation, along with the ability to explain xtyydxe IT topics clearly and support users with technical issues Organizational skills and the ability to confidently coordinate various tasks and priorities in day-to-day operations The ability to work independently and a high degree of reliability The ability to maintain a clear overview and act in a solution-oriented manner, even when multiple inquiries or issues arise simultaneously The ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues and external service providers What we offer you: A permanent employment contract with a future-proof company Fair and attractive compensation A varied and responsible role with room for creativity A supportive team with short decision-making paths and direct communication A secure job in a growing company Opportunities for continuing education and professional development Products you can truly identify with, plus employee discounts Work in a green setting—with the chance to get some fresh air during breaks Free parking directly on company grounds Does this sound like your next challenge?
