In this role, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of the SAP component RE-FX.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for the development, enhancement, and support of the SAP RE-FX component Managing, overseeing, and implementing IT developments through customization and/or programming, as well as quality assurance via developer and pre-release testing.

Recording, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing change requests in SAP Solution Manager, as well as assessing interactions and dependencies with products and applications.

Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all steps leading up to the go-live of further developments.

Managing and coordinating external service providers in the areas of development, operations, and incident management.

Processing and analyzing trouble tickets as part of 2nd-level support, as well as developing sustainable solutions We work remotely and flexibly.

However, the position occasionally involves business travel, including throughout Germany.

These business trips are generally planned well in advance to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

What you bring to the table: Education: A completed college degree (bachelor’s or university of applied sciences degree) in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Alternatively, a career qualification for the higher technical service.

Experience: You have at least 3 years of practical experience in IT and experience in the support and further development of SAP applications.

Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of requirements in the SAP environment, as well as in collaborating with and managing external service providers, rounds out your profile.

Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of module support and SAP Customizing, ideally for RE-FX.

You should also have experience conducting error analyses in the event of malfunctions and problems.

Knowledge of development tools—ideally SAP Object Navigator, Business Application Studio, or S4HANA Studio—as well as SAP Solution Manager, particularly in change and incident management, would be an advantage.

Personality: You are distinguished by strong analytical and conceptual skills.

You have the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way and communicate them effectively to specific audiences.

A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor, come naturally to you.

You have an interest in digitalization, innovation, and the further development of modern IT solutions.
