Insurance Software Project Manager (all genders) Your Role: Management of IT projects for the implementation of software solutions in the (health) insurance industry and benefit administration Responsibility for project planning, management, and implementation using established project management methods (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2) Close collaboration with business departments to ensure requirements are implemented precisely as intended Management of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and deviations from objectives Ensuring compliance with time, budget, and quality specifications Who You Are: Treating colleagues with respect comes naturally to you.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in (business) information technology, economics, health economics, or a comparable qualification At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the insurance or financial sector Proven project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Strong methodological expertise in traditional and agile project management approaches A strong understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements in the insurance or financial sector Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work Business-level German and very good English skills are a given Our work schedule: Munich: Flexible work schedule with a hybrid work model.

Regular on-site presence at the Munich location for at least two to three days per week, particularly for team collaboration and during the onboarding phase.

Stuttgart: You’ll primarily work remotely from your home.

To facilitate cross-office collaboration, we meet once a month for two to three days at our headquarters in Munich to advance projects, share knowledge, and strengthen team cohesion.

Client Projects: Depending on the project phase and client requirements, on-site visits to our clients may be necessary.

Travel may increase, particularly during the implementation phase.

Multi-day client assignments involving overnight stays are quite common.
