Business Planning Manager (m/f/d)

Based in Germany, MMG manufactures custom premium materials for dentists. Our professional team of chemists, commercial experts, and chemical and laboratory technicians stands for quality and reliability. We bring more than 40 years of experience to the manufacturing of dental materials. We are looking for a Business Planning Manager (m/f/d) In this newly created role, you will be the central link between commercial planning, financial targets and operational execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and MANI Headquarters in Japan. Your Responsibilities: * Lead annual budgeting, mid-term planning and rolling forecasts * Develop sales forecasts and manage the PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning process * Analyze sales, profitability, inventory and overall business performance * Monitor key KPIs, identify variances and recommend corrective actions * Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turnover and product availability * Develop management reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making * Coordinate planning activities across functions and with MANI Headquarters * Support new product launches and initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency Your Qualifications: * At least 5 years of relevant experience in business, commercial, demand or supply chain planning, or financial planning & analysis * Highly valued: S&OP experience and a background in medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceuticals. * Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and demand/inventory planning * Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems * Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment * Independent, proactive and hands-on working style * Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
