Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

Marketing Master Data Coordinator

As a Marketing Master Data Coordinator:
-You will manage and coordinate the input & publishing process of all new products launches and product updates via an online planning tool according to set targets.
-You are able to set the correct priorities together with your team members- You ensure that you achieve the targets set on a weekly basis.
-You participate in weekly team meetings to discover possible bottle necks in the ongoing processes and you look for solutions together with the other team members.

Profile:
-Ideal candidate for this function has a Bachelor or Master Degree together with over two years work experience in a similar domain.
-You have affinity to work in an administrative environment.
-You can work very accurately and you are stress resistant.
-You easily communicate with different parties (external providers, international colleagues, etc.) and have talent in organizing, planning and coordinating.
-You have strong analytical skills and are able to detect and solve problems quickly and independently.
-You keep track of the data enrichment progress on your product group.
-A good command of spoken and written English is essential, next to good knowledge of Excel.
