About the Client

Our client is a global motion control technology company founded in 1988 and headquartered in Israel. It develops advanced servo drives, motion controllers, servo motors, and related solutions used in sophisticated automated machinery across industries including robotics, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, industrial automation, aerospace, and defense.

It has approximately 250 employees globally. The company was acquired by Bosch Rexroth in 2022 and now operates as its center of excellence for motion control.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow their business across Baden-Wrttemberg and Switzerland.

The role combines management of existing customer accounts with new business development. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new opportunities, develop customer relationships, manage incoming leads, follow up on quotations and orders, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

The position is fully remote within Germany, with approximately 50 to 60 percent travel, primarily for customer visits within the assigned territory. There are no direct reports.

The base salary is up to 90,000, plus a performance-based incentive plan typically equivalent to one to three additional monthly salaries per year, and a company car.

Qualifications:

Candidate Profile Requirements

1. Technical Sales Background

  • Experience in B2B technical sales within motion control, servo systems, drives, industrial automation, factory automation (MUST)
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to work with engineering-focused customers
  • Experience with both new business development and existing account management

2. Experience Level

  • Ideally five years of relevant B2B technical sales experience
  • Due to the salary expectations we are seeing among more experienced candidates, profiles with approximately two to four years of strong and directly relevant experience can also be considered

3. Education and Languages

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, ideally Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (MUST)
  • Professional proficiency in German and English (MUST)

4. Location

  • Must currently be based in Germany
  • Baden-Wrttemberg is strongly preferred, but candidates elsewhere in Germany can be considered if they are comfortable with extensive travel across the territory
  • Candidates based in Switzerland cannot be considered
