About the Opportunity

We are a stable, growing medium-sized leader (51–100 employees) with over 60 years of innovation in intralogistics and conveyer systems. We engineer smart internal transport solutions used globally across hospitals, industrial centers, and administrative hubs.

As our central IT Administrator for Business Solutions & Logistics, you will not manage isolated support tickets or classic infrastructure maintenance. Instead, you will take end-to-end ownership of our ERP roadmap, business applications, and digital logistics processes, acting as the critical bridge between IT and operational business departments.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Management & Rollouts: Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, including software rollouts and process mapping.
• Process Digitalization: Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end business, logistics, and warehousing processes to boost internal efficiency and customer integration.
• Systems & Interfaces: Integrate and maintain ERP/WMS data interfaces (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV) and manage relationships with external IT/ERP service providers.
• Microsoft 365 & IT Landscape: Oversee the M365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, role & permission management) alongside core cloud/on-prem business applications.
• Business-IT Interface & Training: Serve as a proactive advisor to business departments, translating complex technical workflows into practical business tools and conducting user training sessions.
• Governance & Automation: Implement IT security, backup, and governance standards while writing scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate everyday processes.

Candidate Profile

This is an application- and process-focused role, not a classic helpdesk or pure infrastructure position.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in hands-on administration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS Dynamics NAV (essential).
• End-to-end process understanding: Proven background in optimizing business, warehousing, or logistics workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (user roles, permissions, SharePoint, Teams).
• Practical experience with data integrations and interface structures (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong communication skills with a consulting mindset to guide non-technical internal stakeholders.
• German proficiency (B2/C1+) for daily on-site collaboration and cross-departmental coordination.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain, or intralogistics.
• Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell) or Power BI / Azure ecosystems.
