About this role

As our Junior CRM Specialist for Partner Marketing (Germany), you will own end-to-end execution across our local partner channels to engage and empower our B2B brand (Lieferando). Working closely with your team out of Amsterdam and Berlin, you will drive our CRM agenda and elevate how we communicate with restaurant partners across their journey.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Build, schedule, and deploy localized B2B marketing, operational, and lifecycle campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and basic automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage on-site partner channels by executing pop-up banners, opt-in banners, articles, and other content types across the Partner Hub and Knowledge Centre.
• Execute partner communications for promotional deals, commercial activations, and global initiatives such as Partner Awards comms.
• Oversee and maintain the local partner marketing comms calendar to ensure alignment, execution efficiency, and optimal contact frequency.
• Draft, adapt, and edit clear, value-driven partner communications, reviewing localized German and English text translations.
• Use data tools like Tableau, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to extract performance insights, track campaign metrics, and continuously test and optimize partner comms.
• Manage operational, transactional, and compliance comms as needed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to partners.
• Manage external suppliers and agency partners to deliver localized channel assets.

What will you bring to the team?

• Hands-on experience executing email or messaging campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar enterprise CRM platforms).
• Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of channels.
• Solid data handling skills, with the ability to use Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or Google Sheets to monitor campaign performance and draw actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage campaign timelines, prioritize ad-hoc requests, and maintain high delivery standards.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a self-starter attitude ready to take ownership, test, and adapt quickly.
• Native or professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) to manage regional communication channels.
