Sales Associate EMEA

Job Description

• Support the President EMEA and VP Sales in driving strategic sales and business development initiatives across the IGS & RT business in EMEA.
• Coordinate and execute sales, marketing, and commercial activities to support regional growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, sales analyses, and management updates for executive leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and regional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support the planning and coordination of customer meetings, trade shows, congresses, and commercial events.
• Drive special projects and operational improvements within the EMEA organization.
• Act as a trusted liaison between leadership and key stakeholders across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Initial experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Consulting, or a commercial support function is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with a keen interest in sales and market development.
• Ability to think analytically and identify practical, solution-oriented approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and highly collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Technical background is considered a strong asset, particularly when combined with business or economic knowledge.
• High affinity for digital tools and AI-driven ways of working.
• Fluent English skills; additional European languages are a plus.
