The main goal is for him to have more regular exposure to the Russian language in a fun and natural way. We would like the nanny to mostly speak Russian with him and engage him through age-appropriate books, games, activities, and everyday conversations. We are looking for someone warm, patient, and creative who enjoys spending time with children and can make learning Russian feel natural and enjoyable rather than like a lesson.
