What you will do

• Support the Sovereign Cloud Alliances team in daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare meetings, presentations, and documentation.
• Track action items, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across teams and functions.
• Maintain and improve team materials, processes, and assets.
• Gain exposure to SAP Sovereign Cloud, partner ecosystems, and cloud innovation.
• Develop valuable experience in a fast-growing and highly relevant business area.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Mastery of MS Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Sharepoint
• Language skills: fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: proactive, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, collaborative team player, ability to work independently
• Other important skills/experience: Curiosity about cloud technologies and data security in the public sector
• Working from St. Leon-Rot office is required

It sets a structured, repeatable, and auditable scheme that matches the complexity of the SAP Sovereign Cloud markets.

With our Sovereign Cloud Engagement, we provide project management for Sovereign Cloud customer engagements. Our five-stage Engagement Journey covers Designation, Intake, Pre-Signature, Post-Signature, and Off-boarding. Our goal: to deliver every project quickly, smoothly, and at a high standard. Our Collaboration with Suppliers and Partners completes our team set-up in order to achieve our goals.

We coordinate all stakeholders across functions and borders to ensure that SAP Sovereign Cloud solutions are reliably delivered to our customers — all through our 4 sovereignty capabilities, 3 deployment options, and 1 unified portfolio

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
