A Snapshot of Your Day

As a DevOps Architect, you will drive the design, implementation, and evolution of a scalable DevOps ecosystem that enables secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery. You will work closely with development, architecture, and platform teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, modernize engineering workflows, and establish best practices across multiple products and projects.

Your role will focus on cloud-native DevOps solutions, automation, Kubernetes platforms, and engineering excellence. In addition, you will mentor globally distributed teams, provide DevOps expertise across projects, and help drive the adoption of modern software delivery practices throughout the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Architect, build, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms and automated software delivery pipelines using GitLab and modern DevOps toolchains.
• Design and support Kubernetes-based deployment architectures, containerized build environments, and scalable development workflows.
• Drive automation initiatives using Python, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Strengthen platform security, compliance, monitoring, and operational excellence across build and deployment environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor global engineering teams, and act as a DevOps subject matter expert to promote standardization, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or CI/CD architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Python development, GitLab, Git, Linux, WSL, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, container orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud-native application delivery.
• Knowledge of build systems and developer tooling, including CMake/Conan; exposure to C/C++ environments is preferred.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, and other automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices within DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor global teams, and drive DevOps transformation across multiple projects and engineering organizations.

You will join a global DevOps and Platform Engineering team responsible for the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of the software delivery ecosystem. The team partners closely with development, architecture, and product teams to enable high-quality engineering delivery through automation, standardization, and modern cloud-native practices.
