Senior Courier CRM Team Lead (12 Month FTC)

About this role

As the Senior CRM Team Lead for this assignment you will step into a pivotal leadership position within our global logistics operations. You will take the helm of a dynamic, hybrid team consisting of both CRM Specialists and CRM Developers, focusing entirely on optimizing and elevating the courier lifecycle globally.

During this period, you will be at the forefront of a major strategic business transformation: merging our currently separated logistics models (both independent contractor and employed models) into a single, highly efficient, unified logistics model. To achieve this, you will oversee the orchestration of complex, multi-channel communication strategies across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp, ensuring seamless courier engagement and retention throughout the transition.

You will also be a champion for operational efficiency—identifying opportunities to drive communication automation that actively replaces manual, time-consuming operational tasks. Furthermore, you will lead critical tool migration initiatives to ensure our tech stack continues to support our massive global scale. What will you bring to the team?

• Proven Leadership: Experience managing, mentoring, and leading high-performing, hybrid CRM teams (specifically a mix of CRM Specialists and CRM Automation Developers).
• CRM Expertise: Deep, comprehensive knowledge of overall CRM strategy, lifecycle management, and user journey mapping, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume tech or marketplace logistics environment.
• Omnichannel Orchestration: Demonstrated success in orchestrating complex communication flows across multiple touchpoints, including Email, Push Notifications, In-App messaging, and WhatsApp.
• Change Management: The strategic mindset required to navigate and drive massive business change, particularly in merging or unifying distinct operational/logistics models.
• Automation Champion: A strong track record of designing and implementing communication automation to phase out manual operations and increase scalability.
• Technical Expertise: Experience leading or deeply collaborating on major CRM tool migrations, system integrations, and tech stack consolidations.
• Nice-to-Have: Hands-on or strategic experience with our core platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Braze, is highly advantageous.
