Chief Commercial Officer (Renewable Energy)

We are supporting a growing European renewable energy business in the appointment of a Chief Commercial Officer to lead and further develop its commercial strategy across a diversified portfolio of renewable energy assets.Based in Munich, the role will have responsibility for developing and executing the commercial strategy across solar, wind and battery storage, with particular focus on PPA/offtake, tolling, hedging and route-to-market structures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and further develop the commercial functionStructure, negotiate and execute PPAs and other offtake agreementsDevelop tolling, hedging and route-to-market strategiesDrive revenue optimisation across solar, wind, BESS and co-located projectsManage relationships with utilities, corporates, traders and other market participantsWork closely with development, investment and asset management teamsCandidate ProfileSignificant commercial experience within renewable energy / power marketsDeep expertise in PPA and offtake structuring and negotiationStrong knowledge of the German energy marketExperience across solar, wind and/or battery storageExperience building or developing commercial teams/functions would be highly advantageousExposure to additional European power markets would be advantageousSenior commercial experience within a renewable energy developer, IPP, utility, energy trader or similar environmentThis is an opportunity to take a senior commercial leadership position within a well-capitalised and growing renewable energy platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
