Job Overview

We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. This is a unique opportunity for language professionals to advance their careers within the thriving customer support services industry while enjoying a fully supported relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support services to our German-speaking clientele via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions within our internal CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows within the customer support services environment.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of our German-speaking jobs portfolio.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert-level assistance to all end-users.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing world-class customer support services.
  • Basic proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for high-growth jobs in Bulgaria.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
