Director Facility Europe (mwd) in Sevenum (near Venlo)

About your Tasks:

• Develop and implement a future-oriented European Facility Management strategy that supports business growth operational resilience and sustainability
• Lead and further develop our international Facility Management organization empowering local teams while creating clear governance structures and accountability
• Ensure efficient and compliant operations across our logistics sites warehouses headquarters and office locations
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Technical Engineering function ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Manage and optimize a multi-million-euro budget (CAPEX & OPEX) driving financial transparency vendor performance and long-term investment planning
• Establish meaningful KPIs reporting standards and governance frameworks to continuously improve performance across all locations
• Act as a trusted business partner for senior stakeholders across Operations Logistics HR Finance and Executive Management

Qualifications :

About You:

• At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management ideally within logistics warehousing manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proven experience in a strategic leadership position with responsibility for multiple international locations
• Strong track record in leading large teams and developing high-performing organizations
• Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes
• A structured and strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and governance
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across European sites and be on site in Sevenum
• Fluent English is essential; German or Dutch is considered a strong advantage
