We are engaging 360 Video Recorders (Insta360 / GoPro MAX) to contribute to a customer's project by capturing immersive, high-quality footage with leading 360 camera equipment. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform.

We are looking for individuals to collect third-person video across several real-world capture types, including movement through changing environments, vehicle navigation, and animal-mounted POV recordings. Recordings should focus on continuous movement, changing scenery, and natural navigation through the environment.

Scope of Work

1. Capture a diverse set of continuous video clips (minimum 60 seconds each) of everyday activities in a range of environments, including indoor, outdoor, and in-vehicle settings.
2. Consistently utilize compatible 360 or wide-angle cameras (e.g., Insta360, DJI Osmo, GoPro MAX series) with at least 170 FOV and 720p resolution, ensuring stable, third-person perspective according to project standards.
3. Implement appropriate mounting solutions, such as backpack or vehicle mounts, to maintain a clear third-person view where your entire body and surroundings are visible throughout each activity.
4. Follow provided guidelines and instructions for camera placement, activity selection, and safety to ensure data consistency and collection integrity.
5. Document, organize, and submit video files in accordance with project specifications, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and quality requirements.
6. Communicate proactively and clearly in both written and verbal form regarding progress, questions, and any technical challenges.
7. Adapt to occasional updates in collection tasks, environments, or technical requirements as defined by project needs.

Compatible camera examples include:

1. Insta360 X3, X4, X5, X6
2. DJI Osmo 360
3. GoPro MAX, MAX2
4. Other action or 360 cameras that meet the minimum 170 FOV and 720p requirements

Examples of compatible third-person mounting rigs include:

1. Insta360 Third-Person Backpack Mount and other harness-mounted extension systems.
2. Owning a compatible backpack or vehicle mount is a plus and may let you start collecting sooner.

Third-Person Camera Setup

1. Mounted above and behind you
2. Angled slightly downward
3. Positioned far enough back to keep your entire body consistently visible
4. Stable enough to maintain the required third-person perspective during normal movement

If using a camera with less than 360 FOV, the mounting setup must position the camera far enough away to keep your entire body in frame while also capturing the surrounding environment. Your full body should remain visible throughout normal movement without frequently leaving the frame.

Handheld selfie sticks, chest mounts, shoulder clips, and stationary tripods do not meet the required third-person perspective.

Expected Recording Tasks may include:

1. Natural everyday activities
2. Indoor and outdoor activities
3. Walking and moving through different environments
4. Vehicle navigation and driving-related recordings
5. Other similar real-world activities provided in the collection instructions

For vehicle navigation tasks, the camera must be securely mounted to the vehicle.

Recording Requirements

1. Capture a variety of activities and environments
2. Each continuous clip must be at least 60 seconds long
3. Record at a minimum resolution of 720p
4. Follow the required camera position for each assigned task
5. Keep the relevant activity and surrounding environment consistently visible
6. Follow all provided recording and safety instructions
