Team Lead Inspection / Car Inspection (f/m/x)
Job Description
- Lead an inspection team of approximately 20-25 people and ensure the department meets its targets
- Play an active role in recruiting new team members and continuously developing your team
- Provide technical guidance on the work to be carried out and contribute to the introduction of new appraisal methods
- Independently plan shifts and manage your team’s capacity
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of implementing them in workshop organisation and workplace design
- Carry out internal quality checks and help ensure health and safety in the workplace
Qualifications
- Completed training as an mechatronics technician; further training as a master (KFZ Meister) is an advantage
- Several years of management experience in a comparable role
- Excellent technical understanding and practical skills
- A responsible, well-organised approach to work, with a genuine enjoyment of guiding and motivating a team
- Very good German skills; English is an advantage, along with confidence using common software applications
