Hauptaufgaben

Directs daily work assignments, ensures proper methods, materials, tools, and safe equipment use.

Performs plumbing tasks at the same level as the team, setting the pace and working alongside employees.

Manages supplies, tools, and equipment usage; ensures compliance with housekeeping, fire, and equipment rules.

Provides guidance on new techniques to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Monitors work progress, checks completed tasks, and reports delays or issues to the supervisor.

Observes employee performance, conducts on‑the‑job training, and makes informal appraisals.

Maintains discipline, reports incidents, and forwards leave or personnel issues to the supervisor.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

A4-4206-06:

Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.
OR
8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.

• Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level B1 AND German Language Proficiency level C1 required.
