MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Interest in automotive industry, service parts business, global SCM and inventory management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, analyse data and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and relational databases is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to completing assigned tasks.

Your tasks

• Coordinate inventory management conferences, workshops, and meetings, and prepare accurate meeting minutes by documenting key discussions, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.

• Support departmental and cross-functional projects aimed at improving inventory management processes and implementing new business requirements, systems, or procedures.

• Assist in managing departmental assets by maintaining accurate asset records and supporting budget administration through expenditure tracking and processing.

• Provide analytical support, status reporting, and ad hoc business analysis to management as assigned.

• Maintain accurate campaign data and reporting records, and support communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth field service actions.

• Support service campaign financial administration by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documentation required for cost settlement with vehicle manufacturers.
