Hauptaufgaben

Leads a team of seven trades workers (Pipefitter highest level); assigns tasks, provides instructions, ensures materials, tools, and plans are available.

Monitors workflow and quality, checks work in progress and completed tasks for compliance with procedures, methods, and deadlines.

Guides and supports team members, answers questions, demonstrates proper methods, encourages adherence to instructions and safety rules.

Reports to supervisor on work status, delays, operational issues, and training needs.

Works alongside the team, setting the pace and performing pipefitting duties.

Technical expertise in high‑pressure piping systems, including installation, operation, layout, valves, pumps, steam/vacuum systems.

Ability to interpret blueprints and apply shop mathematics, using a wide range of trade tools and methods.

Performs physically demanding tasks in dirty, hot, confined, and hazardous environments, with frequent lifting up to and over 50 pounds.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

A4-4204-06:

Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.
OR
8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.

• Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level A1 AND German Language Proficiency level C1 required.
